California Adventure

Monday we hit California Adventure. We always love it over there...less crowded and some super fun rides, oh yes I can't forget the Boudin sourdough bread joint. Mallory was really excited to go because she was going to try some rides that she hasn't been on before. Here she is on CA screamin'...a fun roller coaster. She loved it!

We went straight for the Toy Story ride. It is newer and the lines get long. I think the guys had more fun than the kids.

We are excited for the new Ariel ride to open.

Mallory wanted to go on the Hollywood Tower Hotel. I didn't force her. She ended up in tears and wouldn't talk to me afterward, until I bought her a $4 lemonade. Later on Ella and Ryan wanted to go back and Mallory choose to go with them. She now loves it. Kids are so funny...Peer Pressure I tell ya!

Nana's 90th Birthday

The whole reason we went to Disneyland was to celebrated Nana's 90th Birthday. So Sunday was the big party day! We started the party by going to church...awesome! The girls looked so cute. After church we went to lunch and then got ready for family pictures...the Hemming favorite.

Logan loves Papa. It is so funny to watch. He turns into monster baby when Papa is around and NOT holding him.

Logan loved Dale. He was interested in a character up close.

I dressed Logan up as Mickey Mouse which I thought would be cute. He wouldn't wear his ears, and then got so fussy with all the fluff around him. Michael hated it too. So he ripped it off of him, leaving him to look like a little black ninja for the rest of the night.

Uncle Jeff watched the wild kids after the insanely crazy party. Leave it up to him to think up something fun for the kids to do. They spent almost an hour taking pictures like these. They're so funny.

After only going to Disneyland for half a day on Friday and being there over the weekend, the kids were DYING to go. So they were pumped up for Monday morning.

Disney Vacation

DAY TWO
After our crazy Friday, we slept in Saturday morning and took it easy. We all met up for breakfast together at Steakhouse 55, in the hotel. They gave us this private room with a HUGE table. I would love a table like this for my crafting addiction.
Jeff took some of these candid shots...he is good at that.

It was fun to hang out with everyone in one big room. Since we weren't doing Disney over the weekend (we got the cheap SoCal annual passport tickets that blackout the weekends), we hung out and shopped at Downtown Disney.

Gramma got us hooked on this Vinylmation craze...more of this later.Thanks Gramma!!!!

They are 3" little Mickey Mouse guys that are all designed differently, and you don't know what you are buying. It is more or less a gambling addiction we now have.

After shopping we took the kids to the NeverLand Pool, at the hotel. We had some rain to deal with, but it cleared for a little while, than we just swam in the rain.

There were 2 little kid water slides perfect for my little Jilli.

After swimming we all met back up at the Rain Forest Cafe. We had to start the Birthday celebrations!

All the kids ordered root beer...that came in a battle. They thought is was sooo fun.

We sang to Nana and David and had a HUGE ENORMOUS brownie dessert thing. It was YUMM-O.
