Cute Kids

Here are some cute shots of my little babe! Logan loves to play in Mallory's room. All sorts of things to find and eat!
"What are my sister's up to?"

Mallory was going to her cousins birthday party and got to wear her Belle dress. She had just got her hair cut and I thought she looked super cute. Her hair is so much fun to do...just not at 7 am.

Some fun video clips of Logan.

Our LAST MINUTE Getaway

Monday my sister called me and told me she had an extra ticket to the MILEY CYRUS concert. Mallory, being the sneaky listener that she is, overheard me and immediately started in with the "PLEASE MOM" bit. I told her no and hung up. After about 2 minutes of listening to Mallory, I called her right back and said....OK. So we jumped in our car the next morning and drove up to L.A., all by ourselves. ( I guess when the husband is gone so much, we can do crazy things). That night Ella and Mallory went to the concert with Ella's Dad, making him favorite Uncle (he has to take clients for work). Amanda and I wanted to go so bad! Ready to go "Party in the USA"
I never get to go to fun concerts, especially at 8 years old.

Here they are during the concert.

Amanda and I left at home to take care of the little babies! Sally and Logan being silly!

We decided to stay the next day and hit the beach. We even got Mallory boogie boarding.

Mr. Logan is a NIGHTMARE at the beach. He ate sand ALL day long, rubbed it in his eyes, and cried for most of the day, making Sally look like a little angel (usually it is the other way around). It was definitely not a "day at the beach". Still so nice to be away from here and enjoy the beautiful ocean and cooler temps.

My little Mallory doing her first ride on the boogie board. This totally reminds me of me at Newport boogie boarding growing up...just need MaryAnn at my side!

The next day we drove home. I thought we should make it to school Friday. We went into San Diego and ate at our favorite Mexican joint, OTMC. We love the corn tortillas.
Then we stopped at an outlet shopping place to do a little shopping, and playing. We had a blast taking off and being with our cousins. I love letting Mallory go to the concert and making memories with her cousin that she will remember forever. We will see them in another week...more vacations to come! Thanks Uncle David for the concert!

My Boy Lollipop

You're as sweet as candy!

This song is so cute...just right for Logan. He was loving bouncin' to the music.

My boy Lollipop, you made my heart go giddy up. You are as sweet as candy, you're my sugar dandy. Ha, ho my boy Lollipop, Never ever leave me, Because it would grieve me, My heart told me so, I love ya, I love ya, I love ya so, That I want ya to know, I need ya, I need ya, I need ya so, And I'll never let you go, My boy Lollipop, You make my heart go giddy up, You set my world on fire, you are my one desire, My boy Lollipop, my boy Lollipop.

Compliments to Papa for the CD he made for Mallory.

Logan's 1st Birthday

September 11, 2009, my little Logan turned 1. Out of all the days to deliver, I had to on my actual due date. Who does that??? And he came out at 11:42 pm. So close to 9/12. Michael told me to stop pushing! Yeah right. 9/11 is a great day. A day to remember, to honor, to love, and to party! We opened our front door in the morning and found Logan's birthday present. He got his new car seat. He loved playing with the box more than anything. It was a funny shaped box, making it fun to play with.
I think Jillian loved the box a little more than Logan. So I am thinking for Christmas...we all get big boxes!
Here he is trying out his new seat. All he needs is a steering wheel and he is ready to go racing.
I love his new seat. It is so cushiony and just nicer than all the other seats we have had.
We had Del Taco for lunch. He loves eating the beans.

Logan is holding up is finger..."I am 1."

Trying to get a cute picture of him on his birthday. It was hard. It was so hot outside and not too many good places to set him.

We went to Famous Dave's for his birthday dinner. He told us he wanted to go there. He was a hoot at dinner. So busy, spilling drinks, throwing food all over, and demanding for more food. I think he ate as much as we did.

My cute little darlings.

My parents came for their little Grandson's birthday, which was so fun. Logan loves my Dad, although it took him awhile to remember him. We played a bunch of silly games to celebrate. All the kids had fun. Amazing what some music and chairs will do. Logan thought it was the best thing ever.
We played bean bag toss. Logan watched everyone play,so he "scooted" over and started playing himself. He figured out how to put the bags into the holes. So cute!

His cute Thomas the Train cake. I decided not to make one. It is just too hot to bake and stress over making a 1st birthday cake.

I set him up on the table to get a picture of him and his cake. He wanted to dive right into his cake. He was being so funny. He kept putting globs of frosting in his mouth.

He finally got his piece of cake to eat, and he did not want it at first. He was way more interested in playing with the plate that I put it on.

Then he stared eating the plate.

He got the little Fischer price mower, with great hopes that he will start walking one day and be able to use it. And he got his first big dump truck. It is very cute.

Here are some video clips that we took.

My baby is ONE!!

I can't believe that my baby boy is already turning 1. It seems like I just came home from the hospital, trying to figure out life with 3 kids. I can still feel the pain of trying to get him here, ouch!! Some things don't fade as quickly!! I can remember the epidural episode that went on for at least 45 minutes, 12 tries with the big needle, lots and lots of blood and at the end no luck. Only to be left with feeling freaked out of the pain to come. (The pain was still fresh in my mind from Mallory. ) In the end it all turned out so good, without much pain. I would go through it again for my little Logan. He is the sweetest (not to mention cutest) little guy. I wanted to post some pictures of him when he was a little baby. They change so quickly it makes me sad. Logan loved to fall asleep on me and at night. That was the best ever. Now, he never falls asleep in my arms. I hardly get to see him asleep. This was one of his first pictures. I think he popped out so quick he didn't have much time to get all funny shaped! His face looks pretty round here.
My little Sweet pea. This picture makes me miss Tucson so so SO bad. I always put him by my sliding glass door to get some good light. Oh, how I love Tucson.

I love this little picture. He was such a cute little baby.
His Blessing Day.

We have had a great year with Logan ( half a year for Michael). He is so fun and silly now, scooting on his bum, refusing to crawl. I'll have to try and get a video clip of that because it is so funny. I need to go through the million and one birthday pictures of him and get it posted.

I Stamped!!!

It has been months and months since I have stamped. I know, what a tragedy. I have so many stamp sets that I haven't even cut up yet. So I finally made time to sit and stamp. I don't think Logan liked it much. He likes my full attention. Spoiled little boy. So here are my cards!
This one is my favorite. I tried it with my snap brads and the rhinestone ones. I think I like the snaps better.

I love the colors of this one though!
This one is just okay. I need the smaller oval punch. I know what I will be ordering next.

It was fun to do the paper split cards.
Inside. I love this stamp set. So fun to use.

Oh, I love to see a messy craft table being used....Michael hates it. Especially since it is all in our living room. I won that battle!!

I found this little hutch on craigslist for $25. What a deal. They even brought it over to me. It is perfect for hiding my stamp stuff. I need some goo gone to take the tape off the glass.

It even has a drawer for my punches!

I bet you all want to stamp now! It's way fun, once you make yourself do it!
