My mom got a cool new crepe maker, so we made crepes. I have never made them before or seen a contraption quite like this. They were yummy though. We stuffed them with strawberries and blackberries and topped it off with homemade maple whipped cream.

ReplyDeleteCrepes are also good stuffed with strawberries, cream cheese, cottage cheese & then topped with sour cream & a strawberry sauce. Actually it's called 'Cheese Blintz' at IHOP where I got the idea. Now I occasionally make them for Sunday breakfast. ;) You'll have to share your crepe recipe... I'm still looking for the right batter.
